The Workforce Preference Survey provides insights into what matters most to the current and future workforce and how organizations can adapt their brand, financial and non-financial benefits to attract and retain talent. The survey enables a progressive database as it covers a holistic and diverse set of factors, namely 12 focus areas that can influence an individual’s workplace choice and job preference profile.
The survey measures a wide range of benefits and market practices through an artificial intelligence (AI) based solution. The results provide detailed preference and brand perception analysis along target groups, in a break-down of countries, sectors, work experience, job areas, qualifications etc. This helps clients understand what factors shape the job decisions of the workforce and their segments, as well as what perceptions exist currently on their (and other’s) employer brand on the market.
