In May 2024, the International Air Transport Association (Iata) reported robust growth in global air cargo demand, with a 14.7% increase in cargo tonne-kilometers (CTKs) compared to May 2023. International operations saw an even higher growth rate of 15.5%. This marks the sixth consecutive month of double-digit year-on-year growth.
