Business for SA is preparing papers in a bid to get a high court declaratory order that would provide legal certainty.
The body hopes to file the papers in the coming weeks, he said. Various estimates suggest 25% of South Africans are fully vaccinated against Covid-19, and business is of the firm view that inoculation rates have to be pushed up to stop or slow down the spread of the disease and prevent lockdowns, which threaten a deeper economic setback.
